What you can record
Headache timing and symptoms
Log start and end times, severity, symptoms, and notes. Record suspected triggers such as sleep changes, stress, or weather as observations to review later.
Medication and weather context
Record medication names, doses, when they were taken, and reported relief. The tracker also attempts to capture current weather when an event starts, including temperature, humidity, and pressure.
Review your headache history
Return to recent entries, review reports, and export your records as a CSV file. A consistent diary can provide a record of your experiences to discuss with a healthcare professional.
This is a record-keeping tool, not a diagnostic service or treatment recommendation. Recording a suspected trigger or weather conditions does not establish what caused a headache.
Your personal log stays private
This introduction is public. The dashboard, headache entries, reports, and exports require an approved signed-in account. Personal entries are scoped to the account that created them and are not included on this public page or in the sitemap.
