Behind the drink

A little history

2010 New York

Zachary Gelnaw-Rubin and Abraham Hawkins created the Bicycle Thief at Dutch Kills in 2010. The drink stretches the bitter gin-and-Campari core of a Negroni into a tall, sparkling citrus cocktail.
