2 oz white rum
1.5 oz cream of coconut
1.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Pineapple wedge and cherry, for garnish

Puerto Rico is the Piña Colada’s undisputed home, though several bartenders claimed its invention. Ramón “Monchito” Marrero’s 1954 version at the Caribe Hilton is the best-known account.
