Ingredients
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • Mint leaves
  • Soda water, to top
  • Mint sprig and lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
Muddle mint with syrup and lime, add rum and ice, then top with soda water.
