Behind the drink

A little history

1890s Philadelphia

Named for a Philadelphia social club that met at the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel, the Clover Club predates Prohibition. Gin, raspberry, lemon, and egg white give it a tart berry flavor beneath its polished pink foam.
